Hays Commons is the section 8, HUD housing partner of Professional Rental Management. Located on the 2800 Blocks of Indian Trail and Grant, these duplexes provide housing to retirees and families in need of rental assistance. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments located in the duplexes. All include 1 carport and attached storage unit. Additionally, each apartment comes furnished with a refrigerator, stove, W/D hookups and central air and heat. Just to the west of the apartments on Grant Street is Aubel-Bickle park.
All leases will begin as a twelve month term. After the initial year has been completed, the lease will continue as month-to-month. Applications for Hays Commons must be completed in full and brought to our office located at 733 East 8th. Applications may be picked up at our office or printed fromt he PDF file below. Applications must be filled out by the head of household as well as each person over the age of 18 that plans on residing in the apartment. Please allow up to a month for applications and required paperwork to be completed.
